**We provide a 3-wire cord attached to the ballast / transformer inside the display case. When installing you should use a licensed electrician / installer to bring power to the display. The installer will best decide where to exit the hardwire provided (we do not provide an exit hole as we feel its best for the installer to decide the best exit point for power supply).
We offer TWO LED Lighting Options as detailed below;
TOP LIGHTING (ONE SIDE)
For this option we place an LED strip light on the top side of the interior display case. The light will shine downward onto the interior case, highlighting the contents inside.
INSIDE PERIMETER (ALL 4 SIDES).
For this option we place an LED strip light along the entire Perimeter of the interior display case. The light will shine from all 4 sides of the interior case, bringing more light intensity to the contents being displayed inside.

CREATE A MESSAGE HEADER THAT GETS NOTICED
The 5" message header panel above the single door can present your company name, church, school, restaurant, HOA, organization, team, product name, event, or other message. Simple popular examples: INFORMATION, MENU or BUILDING DIRECTORY. It's your message to create.
Your Header Message Printed Free
We offer up to 3" all caps Black Helvetica Font for your message header panel. You also have the option to leave the header blank and have it printed yourself later. Or you can upload a logo (Black / White or Color) message in a different font. Call or E-mail for details.
Secure & Durable Enclosed Letter Board Display Built for the Outdoors
This attractive metal framed changeable letterboard with LED Lighting can withstand the typical outside elements while protecting and delivering your message. The weather-resistant sturdy aluminum enclosed outdoor letter board display case is only 3 1/8" deep and is secured with a front cam lock for security. It also features a break-resistant clear Polycarbonate acrylic window.
The durable aluminum cabinet has drain holes on the bottom. These "WEEP HOLES" help expel any water and reduce any condensation buildup. An aluminum backing is secured with moisture blocking silicone sealant. -- making the wall mount Outdoor LED Lighted Letters Board with your message header ideal for wide-ranging exterior locations.
Grooved Vinyl Letter Board Panel with Changeable Plastic Letters
The grooved LED lighted letterboard display board is protected with a vinyl cover and made for outdoor use. With standard 1/4" grooved spacing, it can take on a variety of letter sizes and numbers including; 1/2". 3/4", 1", 2" and 3" high letters. We include a free white plastic letter set (290 characters).
4 Metal Display Case Finishes + 6 Vinyl Covered Letterboard Colors

This product is warranted against all defects in material or workmanship for a period of ONE YEAR from the date of the original purchase. This warranty does not cover replacement due to customer misuse or abuse.
Products to be found defective in material or workmanship within this period of time will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of the manufacturer. The defective product, however, must be returned by the customer prepaid for examination and inspection. Once repaired or replaced, outbound shipping costs will be incurred and charged to the customer.
Limitations
Manufacturer is not responsible for repair or replacement of product(s) subjected to abuse, unintended use or impairs caused as a result of the following:
- Unauthorized repairs, accident, alteration, misuse, neglect, fire, and flood or product impair resulting from wide-ranging field wear and tear such as chips or tarnish over time.
- Altered, modified, misused, vandalized or improperly installed products.
Please call our customer service for a RMA # (return authorization number). No returns for warranty related issues will be accepted without such authorization.
Return & Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 30 DAYS of receipt of your purchase. Items must be returned in new, unused and resalable condition, and in its original box / packaging. This product is subject to a restocking fee if returned for any reasons other than damage. A credit will be issued upon proof of return shipping and inspection of the item less a 30% restock fee including any return shipping costs. All custom orders are non-returnable unless defective in material or workmanship. All Orders exceeding a subtotal of $2,500, or with any customizations, are deemed non-returnable.

We ship to most places throughout Canada, but please be aware that there is additional transit time when shipping your order. Factors that affect transit time are your specific delivery location, customs inspection, and approval of your shipment as it arrives at the border. Standard Freight Delivery Lead Time
Larger, heavier items, or large volume orders will be delivered via freight carrier. Standard freight service ONLY includes delivery of your order to the curbside. Most large non-Fedex/UPS-able products are shipped tailgate delivery.
This is the most economical delivery available. It means the driver will bring the product to the back of the truck. A raised dock is required so that a fork-lift or pallet jack can be used to off load the shipment. Someone from your facility will be responsible to bring the item(s) into your building, office or home.
COMMERCIAL Basic FREE Freight Delivery (Standard Service) ($0.00)
Only for a Commercial location which has a raised commercial loading dock, a 48" high loading dock, for receiving truck/freight trailers and has a pallet jack or fork lift for unloading the truck.
RESIDENTIAL Freight Delivery (Residential Lift-Gate Service) ($125.00)
*This selection is mandatory for all Freight Items shipping to a Residential Address. A special smaller truck to access residential streets with Lift-Gate are required for residential deliveries.

Shipment will be moved by the carrier to just inside the nearest door or entrance without any steps. May not be suitable for large items or very fragile display cases. Premium Freight Delivery (Inside Service to Exact Location)($450.00)
For locations without a 48" high loading dock. Two person delivery. Truck used for delivery will have a Lift-Gate used to lower the shipment to ground level. Shipment will be moved inside to a specific location. Please ensure that all doors and pathways are large enough for the product(s) ordered. Shipment will be unpacked and packing materials will be removed. Delivery by appointment.
